On July 9, 2025, Atto Measurement Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Atto Measurement") was officially registered and established in the Qingdao Area of the China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, marking the addition of another core force to Qingdao's quantum information industry, focusing on high-end quantum communication adapters and calibration components.

Focusing on core quantum communication measurement devices, filling a gap in the domestic high-end field.

As one of the few domestic companies focusing on precision measurement devices for quantum communication, Atto Measurement's core business covers the R&D, production, and sales of high-end quantum communication adapters and high-precision calibration components. Its products directly serve key scenarios such as quantum key distribution (QKD) link testing, quantum precision measurement system calibration, and quantum communication device interconnection.

Currently, my country's quantum communication industry has entered a stage of large-scale implementation, with a backbone network length exceeding 10,000 kilometers, covering core regions such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the Yangtze River Delta, and its penetration rate in industries such as finance and government continues to increase. However, in the field of high-end measurement devices such as DC-110GHz full-band calibration components and quantum communication-specific adapters, there have long been pain points such as high import dependence, high prices, and long supply cycles. In 2025, the import value of such high-barrier products reached 486 million yuan. The establishment of Atto Measurement is aimed at this "bottleneck" link, and is committed to breaking the monopoly with independent technology, providing core component support for the localization and high-end development of quantum communication equipment.
